Consider other options for Oculus Quest 2 connections as the original Oculus link cable can be costly. Explore cheaper alternatives like USB-C to USB-C adapters or wireless solutions if available.

Others have shared that a USB Type A to Type C connection functions effectively for them, not always requiring a direct Type C to Type C setup.

I also use one of these. Just check that the cable you receive supports USB 3.0 at 5 Gbps. Also verify your motherboard has an available USB 3.0 port. Based on what I've seen, USB connections inside your case usually don't function properly, even if they are labeled USB 3.0.

Also avoid those 2$ 5m 3.0 cables—they only function minimally. That’s a clear sign of poor quality given the cost.

It's also crucial to consider. Based on my observations, a reasonably long third-party cable compatible with Oculus Link typically falls within the $20 to $30 range.

I hope I could have it, but the item I received isn’t showing up on Amazon any more than I’m able to locate it.
