I found similar discussions, but most pointed to a CPU limitation. My setup includes an R7 5700X with a 3060TI, 4x8GB 3200 DDR4. The GPU runs near 45C while the CPU stays around 65C when it gets hot. Usage on the 3060 is low (3-10%) in games like No Man's Sky and higher (around 20%) in Forza Horizon 4, yet visual issues appear. The GPU caps at 60FPS in the control panel due to monitor limits. CPU usage rarely exceeds 30%, with some cores hitting 70% occasionally, but these games aren't single-threaded. How can I improve performance here? Interestingly, my PC handles workstation tasks well and I have the latest Nvidia drivers/BIOS updates.

The cap is removed, and you're not capping anywhere.

I'll attempt it inside the Nvidia control panel, as my monitor runs at 60Hz.

I managed to fix it again by taking off the frame cap. The main issue now is occasional screen blurriness that lasts a few seconds—my sharpness settings seem stuck at their default. Thanks for the guidance; I’ll keep experimenting and reset everything to defaults next time.
