It seems unlikely you'll be able to play GTA V smoothly on an older setup like an i5 or FX 83 with the R9 270X+ or GTX 960+.

It works just fine with minimal adjustments. A friend using a 750Ti and FX6300 managed smooth performance even at average levels.
