Because of the quarantine, I decided to make the most of my free time and try setting up a port forward for my Minecraft server. I thought the instructions should work, so I fixed my static IP, followed several guides, and tested on two different routers—both attempts failed. Yougetsignal indicated the issue was resolved. I adjusted firewall settings by turning them on and off with router reboots, disabled SPI as suggested, and then switched off port forwarding to use my computer’s IP instead. I also tried restarting my PC between each change. The next step is installing Windows on a new drive, assigning another static IP, and checking the firewall rules for any conflicts. I’ve attached some screenshots that might help others if they’re interested. Also, keep in mind I’m using 1.1.1.1’s DNS on both my router and PC. Thanks to anyone who took the time to read this.

I reached out to them the other day, and the person said they don’t handle such matters. He mentioned he’d run some tests and call back in about ten to fifteen minutes, but that never happened. I think I’ll give them another call today, no worries about repeating the request.
