I recently upgraded Windows 10 to version 1903, but some of my older programs like ESL WIRE, Origin and obs are not opening at all. I can see them in Task Manager but they just won't launch, no error messages. I attempted to roll back Windows but it refused. I tried disabling the antivirus, here’s a list of steps I took to get ESL to work: 1. Uninstall ESL Anticheat 2. Remove Antivirus Software 3. Turn off the firewall 4. Clean the system and registry using CCleaner 5. Update the PC, including NET.Framework and Visual C++ 6. Restart the PC and download Wire 7. Install it with admin rights 8. Test ESL at the "ESL Wire Test Team" but still nothing. I play Rainbow 6 at a high level, so ESL Wire is essential for me.

It looks like the update didn’t go smoothly; if you can’t undo it, you may need to reinstall Windows.

Consider leaving it running overnight since the system might be handling background tasks. Usually, the Start Menu or Task Bar isn't functioning properly, and opening the associated .exe file should resolve the issue.
