I adjusted the default taskbar width in Windows 11 using the registry tool TaskbarSi. It helped, though the icons on the right side remain unchanged. The edges still look the same. Any suggestions?

It's a registry modification. Issues are likely. Adjusting the date format may prevent it from breaking at the edge. If that fails, accept the change or undo it until proper skinning techniques are ready.

Did you reboot your machine after altering the registry? A restart might be needed for certain icons to refresh.

The Win11 taskbar and start menu are completely new. Development began during the pandemic with just a year of work. Win10X, the previous OS that inspired the Win11 GUI, allowed three different task bar sizes, but porting its code was difficult. We understand the Sun Valley project (the update from Win10 to Win11) is in two phases. The upcoming release will complete the final touches and address other panels next year. Some say a feature for changing the task bar size might be added, but it’s unlikely until then—consider joining the Insider program for earlier access.
