The game's title dominates everything, but it faced heavy criticism upon release. After some patches, its price has dropped to around ten dollars.

I really liked this game and thought the expansion into the solar system was very engaging. Because of its clear animation issues at release, it seems like a hidden gem. Worth around ten dollars.

Half Life 2 costs 6.99. It seems it's more valuable than Andromeda.

My thoughts on it: For an RPG, it was fairly "meh" at best. For a third person shooter, again "meh" at best. Similar to 3, but does not live up to its predecessor much less improve on it. For a Mass Effect title, however, It was overwhelmingly disappointing. The three previous titles, I pulled all-nighters on without even realizing it. Andromeda, however, I largely had to force myself to get through it, being in denial and always thinking... hoping "well, it might get better". It never did. It took the heart of the series and threw it down the garbage disposal. A large part of this is the tumultuous production cycle it had, and nearly all (if not all, i've forgotten) the original Mass Effect team not being associated with it. There's a reason that it's at such a deep discount (and let's be realistic, the only time EA discounts their games like this is when they underperform their expected sales). It's an unfortunate mess that's not fixable with a patch short of a complete overhaul

Based on my experience, the early stages were enjoyable, but the progression system felt off. I’d invest 8-10 hours exploring a planet, then move on, only to discover later that another mission required revisiting the previous location. That disrupted my plans and made me lose interest. Eventually, I stopped playing and set it aside for months. Now I want to try it again and complete the main story, but other games keep pulling my attention away.

You need to decide between this version or a fresh character slot in Metal Gear: Survive. It’s entertaining for the price. For ten dollars, you can really experiment with the combat features. Avoid the opinions of people like huilun02 who haven’t played it—or Shadow of War either. Just ignore nonsense and focus on what matters.

I’d take it for 10, since I already have it for 60. It’s okay if things are a bit low—just keep expectations in check. I enjoy the weapon-building part, but avoid making widow fire grenades.

The update was rejected since it leaned too heavily on an "SJW" perspective rather than focusing on a game you genuinely like.

It's not the top-tier Mass Effect title, but it's still a decent one. For just ten dollars, you get good value.

Having put allot of time into ME:A I think its good for $10 (£7ish, its worth it). I would however agree that Shadow of War is amazing. so get that too.
