Are there any tips on getting Android-X86 to function correctly? I manage to boot from a live USB, but once the OS is installed on a blank hard drive it won’t start. I’ve experienced this with several devices like Dell OptiPlex and Toshiba Satellite Pro. Any advice would be greatly appreciated since I really enjoy the Android platform but my latest phone only supports up to Lollipop. Thanks!

Ensure you properly set up the GRUB bootloader during installation. After realizing this step was missed, I managed to update Android on my Eee PC 1005HA.

It seems the x86 runs best online and in a virtual environment. Your boot issue could relate to UEFI BIOS configurations. How deep does the problem occur during startup?

I'll try again later. Appreciate the effort. It enters the boot process but doesn't launch the OS. It hasn't worked in a VM either. I want the standard Android setup, though I've used Remix OS before. Thanks!
