I reside in an RV since we move annually. We never considered setting up WiFi when choosing the unit. Typically, we accessed park Wi-Fi, but now our location lacks it and the fees are high. I decided to install a new router with unlimited 4G data. It functions well for RV connectivity, though it has limited range and user capacity. Attaching an external router has been difficult—T-Mobile blocks SIM-based devices. I’m searching for a solution that lets me connect via USB, charge my phone, and extend the signal. Anyone have experience with this?

Well you have to plug it somewhere, there are the non wall plug model. I don't know if this will work, if by any chance tmobile disable wifi repeater, then this is not a solution. What do you mean by T-mobile blocking sim routers? do you mean that they stop offering one or it simply cannot work with any sim router?

They mentioned trying this option as well. Also, signing up for Star Link might be beneficial.

You must verify the device compatibility list before use. This router includes all the necessary features. Its coverage area is quite strong.

You're suggesting link the USB to a PC and use the router's internet connection, but your attempt failed. Let me know if you'd like help troubleshooting further.

Inserting the SIM card into the router fails for an unknown reason.

If that applies, you should be able to use it with a repeater. I'm not entirely sure, but from what I've learned, T-mobile offers a home solution (router package). Have you looked into Starlink? It seems like the best option for you, giving you more freedom with cellular coverage, especially in rural areas. The dish costs $499 and the monthly fee is $99.
