Hi, I'm trying to connect my devices via 3.0 USB ports, but they're going through a different port at 2.0. No one else seems to know why this happens or how to fix it. Please help.

From what I know, most ports don’t need 3.0 (superspeed). The exception was my Oculus headset on Meta Platforms Reality. I updated it to the AMD USB 3.10 extensible host controller—initially it caused USB disconnections, so I switched to another model which now supports superspeed.
