Choosing between the Asrock B550 phantom gaming mini itx/ax and the B550m mini itx/ac presents a few trade-offs. Both cost around $200, but the main variations are in Wi-Fi type (ax vs ac), RGB options, and an additional M2 slot. The extra M2 slot is handy for one boot drive, though Wi-Fi 6 isn't a game-changer for most users. For streaming HD video, downloading games, or casual gaming, speeds around 25 Mbps are more than enough. If you're not planning to use VR soon and don’t need gigabit speeds, the cheaper model should suffice. The NZXT H1 case is fine, but if you're curious about VR later, it might be worth considering another brand.
