It's potplayer's or amd's gpu driver problem... They do not work together. I unistalled gpu's drivers and the problem disappeared. Potplayer is working fine with Microsoft's video drivers. It was happening at default clocks also... The only solution for now is vlc or something like that.

The issue seems to be with Potplayer's or AMD's GPU driver compatibility. They don't work together. I replaced the GPU drivers, and the problem vanished. Potplayer functions properly with Microsoft's video drivers, even at default clocks. The current fix is using VLC or similar software. Do i get the solution?
