Do you have this program? https://potplayer.daum.net/
Yes it's my favorite media player. I never had a problem with it.. My memory passes the tests so I assumed that my overclock stinks
Just that there is mention of it in the minidump is a worry.

Explanation requested – I reviewed the dump and noticed the CPU overclocking attempt may have caused issues. Memory tests passed for about 12 hours, but the dump file contains detailed information.

DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN8_DRIVER_FAULT
PROCESS_NAME: PotPlayerMini6
Seems like it conflicts with a certain win 8 driver
There is a concern about the mention in the minidump. The default bucket ID is WIN8_DRIVER_FAULT. The process name is PotPlayerMini6. It appears to conflict with a specific Win 8 driver. This seems like a software or driver issue, not related to my overclocking.

You believe that is a software/driver related problem and not from my overclock ?
A overclock can cause havoc to stability of programs/processes , save a profile of the oc and revert back to auto/default, give it another try with the player. does it happen on any playback or just certain formats of video , eg... .mkv, avi, divx?

This appears to be a software or driver issue, not related to my overclocking.
An overclock might disrupt program stability, revert back to defaults, and cause problems during playback—especially with certain formats like mkv, avi, divx.
It only occurred once so far. I kept my OC settings as they were and it’s functioning well.
I’m wondering if adjusting the multiplier or increasing vcore/drams could help. That would be a good starting point.
