Analysis of minidump needed?
your mini dump indicated an unexpected removal of the gpu.
poor connections on the pci/e bus might result from vibrations and can be inconsistent. you won’t receive a bugcheck if the device reconnects before the video timeout.
i believe the video timeout is set at 2 seconds.
therefore, no bugcheck will occur if the video card disconnects repeatedly but reconnects to the pci/e bus before 2 seconds.
if it exceeds 2 seconds, a watchdog timeout should appear.
the additional copies of the ryzen master program could also play a role.
some overclock tools accept minor adjustments, such as slightly increasing voltage rather than reaching exact values.
when multiple copies are running, the first one may temporarily boost its value, then the next takes over with a similar adjustment, and so on.
this sequence can push the value beyond the acceptable range for timing, causing the gpu to fail to respond and prompting windows to attempt a reset, which may lead to disconnection and reconnection.
thus, it’s unclear whether the issue stems from a faulty physical connection or windows trying to correct a timing error due to the extra driver copies.
I installed Windows from scratch with just drivers and kept experiencing crashes. The shop has been notified and will check my PSU and GPU, replacing them if necessary. Thank you all for your support—it really means a lot.
