An unusual occurrence took place during my journey to the OS update.
I updated my Windows 10 64-bit to the newest 1903 release. My system crashed and reset to a recovery state from April 2019, removing the Wi-Fi drivers. It took three hours to fix everything, including restarting the BIOS and reinstalling programs I had removed. Someone might know what went wrong—otherwise, you’re in a tough spot.
Windows updates sometimes encounter minor issues. At one point I had to reinstall Windows because it wouldn’t boot. Good news, you can revert the changes if needed.
It's odd, I didn<|pad|> to handle everything by itself after the restart. All my backups are stored both on-site and elsewhere, but I’m still unsure where the copies came from.
I see, but it overlooked six months of backups to reach that point. I verified the one it missed and everything was okay. Only the Pope of Windows understands what’s going on in Windows. Thanks.
