Hello everyone, I recently returned from being away and encountered an issue on my main PC. The error displayed was: An unexpected I/O error has occurred (File: Windows system32 winload.efi errorcode 0xc00000e9). When I tried to enter recovery, it didn’t work and insisted I use a recovery media. I created a Windows 10 recovery USB, but when I booted from it the BIOS splash appeared distorted and then displayed "Windows Blue Screen." I couldn’t see any recovery or install options. Pressing Enter caused a flash but no visible changes. Turning ESC brought me back to the BIOS. I tested using a different screen, but it didn’t help. It’s really frustrating since I can’t access recovery from an installation USB. Also, when I don’t boot from the USB, the screen looks normal but still shows the blue error message. Any suggestions on how to get into recovery would be super helpful! -Chris
