So I've been looking for a computer, and have been looking at this one for some time now. But under the specs, memory it says this " Memory: 16GB GDDR6 RAM (soldered, non-expandable, super fast new technology)" There is 16 gigs of ram in the pc but gddr6 isn't for ram, but for the gpu. They offer support for 64-bit installations and adjust CPU fan speeds based on temperatures. I was surprised to learn they produce 1TB SSDs with 5400 RPM. They also provide outdated Microsoft Office from 2010. Several concerns stand out—definitely steer clear of this product.
RTX3060 lacks 16 GB GDDR6 memory. The Ryzen chips don’t support GDDR6, only DDR4 or LPDDR4. There’s no 8-core/16-thread Ryzen 7 with base or turbo at 4 GHz, and the images suggest a standard cooler. The confusion seems to stem from thinking about RAM on the graphics card. Avoid assuming; check your motherboard specs carefully. You’re likely getting an A320 or B450 chipset board—its IO Shield is basic, with limited ports and possibly a low-cost power supply.
RAM is fixed in place because it's soldered to expand slots, but that's fine. I wasn't aware the person had such special access to DDR6 RAM. Looking ahead to the newest Intel and AMD CPUs, he even demonstrates them himself—this is "super fast new technology."
