Hello, upon launching my PC I encounter this alert: "Something happened and your PIN isn't available." I've attempted fixes like opening troubleshooting tools, entering prompts, and using regedit, but I'm stuck when trying to load the SOFTWARE file since I can't access the C: drive. It appears under local disk, yet the free space indicator is missing and clicking it doesn't work. I haven't found any alternative solutions that don't require resetting my desktop, as my slow WiFi would make reinstalling games and software a week-long process. My settings and layouts are important to me. Please note this issue occurred after I tried to resolve another error by disabling services in msconfig (I was caught watching a misleading YouTube video).
