Here are a few alternative phrasings for your message:

- My system specs are as follows: Windows 11 Pro, Intel i9-10900k (not overclocked), 3.7GHz CPU, 32GB DDR4 RAM, MSI MAG Z490 motherboard, Sapphire RX 560 GPU at 4GB, 1GB per thread, and 1800MHz clock speed.
- When I reduce AMD software, the GPU fan curve shifts to 1010 RPM and never exceeds safe temperatures, even after saving presets repeatedly.
- I need assistance quickly—any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You can also check GPU-Z, which will show the VBIOS version on your card. It might indicate if it's outdated or corrupted. However, begin with DDU first.

Sorry, I'm not very familiar with PCs. Please attach a picture of GPU-Z.

Executed DDU, removed both previous and current software, and set up the newest version.

DDU appeared to resolve the issue briefly yesterday, then loaded Witcher 3 today but the problem returned again.
