Are your BIOS settings current? Is the latest CPU functioning well, such as any damaged connections? Have you correctly reinstalled your cooling system? Is every piece of RAM correctly installed?
My background info shouldn't cause issues. There were some broken pins, but it worked fine about an hour ago. The cooler is properly seated, and all the RAM is correctly placed. It might just need a light touch of thermal paste, which should be sufficient to get me into the BIOS.
Disconnect the power cord from the computer, let it sit for a few seconds, then reconnect it. Avoid using the power button on the back of the power supply; make sure the connection is secure. Are any LEDs on the motherboard illuminating when the PC powers off? The absence of LEDs might indicate a failing PSU. When you press the power switch, what occurs? Does the CPU fan continue spinning briefly?
I believe you're facing an issue accessing your BIOS settings. Have you applied the latest firmware update following the CMOS reset? This is likely necessary unless you've already done so.

Always reset CMOS during installation of a new CPU. (Give it a try now) This board isn't designed for a 2700X. I wouldn't question that the CPU might be very power-constrained or could eventually damage the board. Replace the 1600 to confirm functionality.
