Search for splash screen, quick boot, post-image in BIOS, and disable it. Have you just reset the CMOS or upgraded the BIOS version?

He's facing an issue with BIOS configurations reverting. Likely a CMOS battery problem or failure to boot from cold start, causing the screen alert. Edited January 4, 2019 by colonel_mortis

Because your PC is outdated, consider swapping out the CMOS battery and check if it resolves the problem.
