Unless you're targeting a 3950x boost on ln2, the board seems excessive. For reference, a B450 Tomahawk can handle a 3950x overclocked setup on air without any issues for around $100. You also can't really justify future-proofing since this is the final generation of AM4 chips.

You're asking about the lack of variety in Am4 chips—only a few versions like zen, zen+ etc.—and you're concerned about long-term support for DDR5 as it becomes available next year. It sounds like you're worried about the future availability and performance of these processors.

You're looking for a top-quality motherboard to pair with your Zen 3 processor. Consider prioritizing reliability and future-proofing, as these will benefit your build in the long run.

Well zen 3 is still in development and could handle up to 1000 amps when operating at maximum capacity.

So wait until zen 3, buy a cheap board and replace it down the line because I can't future proof it?

A suitable board must match the requirements. Since the power consumption of the Zen 3 chip can vary widely—from 100 to 1000 amps—it’s hard to determine what size board will work properly.
