AMD Wraith Prism and Tomahawk B450 offer advanced lighting management features.
Hi everyone! I'm using an AMD Wraith Prism with my Tomahawk B450 until I find a waterblock adapter for my cooling system. I have the special cable from the cooler to the motherboard header, but the lights aren't responding. I already have Corsair iCue set up for keyboard and RAM, yet it doesn't detect the fan. MSI Center is installed too, but it also doesn't see the fan. The AMD/Cooler Master Wraith Prism tool just prompts to connect a CM device. Any tips on what might be wrong? Thanks! zog (EDIT) I recently used the USB header cable and still had no luck.
It seems there’s a challenge where your iCUE setup isn’t approved by Corsair for communication with fan control tools, possibly because it’s considered incompatible with their brand. Understanding whether iCUE can interact with the AMD CPU fan would be the first step. If not, you might need alternative software that works without conflict and can be manually synced. A single solution that covers everything appears unlikely at the moment.
