At startup, the fan lights come on but then turn off when you reach the Microsoft sign-in area. The ring light stays on, while the fan light doesn’t. Someone might know how to resolve this issue.

They seem to prefer the X570 Plus, which lacks Aura drivers. You can still use Armoury Connect and modify the Aura features, though it didn’t function properly.

It doesn't seem to have a USB port for controlling the RGB directly.

I'm not really sure myself. I don't rely much on RGB settings. @thrasher_565 is the person I turn to for RGB advice, but I believe @nick name can assist as well!

I recall the cooler that comes with the 2700X, but I didn’t connect it. Is the 2700X equipped with the Prism?

the 3700x uses a usb 2.0 cable and I’ve connected it. I also tested without the cable and it didn’t work. The cable is meant for the coolermaster color control options but it doesn’t light up at all.

Yea, I think 2700x, 3700x 3800x and up come with the Prism. I have mine plugged into my 8700K on a regular fan header and all the RGB is on. It just does the demo rainbow puke all the time.
