CPU: i5 4690K
GPU: MSI R9 380 4GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
MOBO: Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 5
RAM: 16GB
Issue:
When using AMD Wattman, certain features are absent like temperature controls and partial fan adjustments. I installed the latest ReLive (16.21.1) Crimson drivers, which should enable support for R9 300 series cards in Wattman.

It’s clear that target fan settings, temperature controls, and useful minimum acoustic limits are missing. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Same issues persist with MSI R9 390x. It was uninstalled after Afterburner, used the amd uninstaller, and tried the simplest driver, but the same problems continued. A suggestion was given that using the minimal driver might resolve compatibility.
