I’m trying to figure out how to get this cable working properly. It’s the blue one with the collar, and I think it might be an AMD model. Just pulling harder won’t help.
Hello, the connector is really problematic. I found several YouTube videos showing how to remove it. In your situation (just a joke), you should take out the motherboard first and then carefully pull it gently. The blue slit tends to stay in place, so be careful not to push against anything while doing this. Also, check that the motherboard won’t get stuck against something during the process! And if you need help with a USB 3.0 front panel connector, there are some good guides online. Hope this helps!
Thanks I got the connectors but now o have a red light on my mother board
I upgraded my MSI X570 Pro today. The RAM changed from 16GB to 32GB and everything is back in working order. There’s a red light on the board now. What should I do next? *Looking up tips about resetting the board or updating the BIOS, but I’m not sure what to do*
Motherboard model MSI X570 pro used an upgraded AMD processor AMD5950 running at 3600 MHz.
I don't have personal information about anyone, including your motherboard. Could you clarify what you mean by "your motherboard"?
An outdated BIOS version is probably the problem if you haven’t updated it. If you’d like assistance, just let me know and I’ll walk you through it.
