We need to discuss that further. It doesn't seem like this PSU is meant to be called a PSU, and let alone a stable build. What kind of overclocking did you perform when you entered Game Mode? Because the chipset won't allow you to overclock it beyond the RAM limits.

Were the CMOS pins accidentally cut short on pages 1-3, section 7 of the English manual?

I didn't make any adjustments, just applied the default settings for the game mode.
This is my exact PSU: Green gp530a-eud

I also do that, but I wasn't certain if my screwdriver was suitable or if I did it correctly, so I chose to remove the CMOS battery.

I've chosen only the game mode in AMD Ryzen Master, which has a preset option so everything remains at the standard setting.

This performs the same function as shorting pins. Also, attempt to obtain a dependable PSU from a friend or neighbor—preferably one made by Corsair or similar brands and tested on the system—to see if you can power it at least. *That PSU doesn't appear to be a quality product.*

Yes, even the specific model I'm responding to is the one you're addressing.

Yes, the guidelines indicate that both steps are necessary after removing the battery.
