Hey there! I'm trying to figure out why my Ryzen 9 5900X keeps stuck in C0 mode, always running at full speed and drawing over 120W. It seems like the issue is tied to Windows, since it doesn't happen when I switch to Linux. I've reinstalled Windows several times—both with and without my user data—but it still persists even on the first boot. ProcessExplorer shows only a tiny idle usage (around 1-2%), which suggests the problem might be deeper, possibly in the kernel itself. I also shared a HWiNFO screenshot that confirms the CPU never idles. Anyone know what could be causing this? Or do you have any tips on how to resolve it?

The system uses the MSI MPG X570 GAMING PLUS motherboard running BIOS A.J0. Earlier versions were present during troubleshooting, though it's unclear which one was used.
