The most affordable option fits your needs within a limited budget. I found the Lenovo ThinkBook 16 G6 ABP in Arctic Grey with WUXGA IPS, Ryzen7 7730U, 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD for a reasonable price. The ThinkBook 16 G6 IRL matches it in specifications but in Arctic Grey. Both are budget-friendly choices, though performance may vary slightly.
