Hello, your current setup includes a TUF gaming B450M PRO II Mobo with an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D. You’ll need to adjust your BIOS settings, so checking the latest version for your motherboard is a good idea. Let me know if you need help finding the right update!

Transfer the BIOS onto a USB 2.0 storage device (3.0 also functions but 2.0 seems more reliable). Connect the USB to the flashback port on your motherboard. Locate the flashback utility on the board—look for the file on the drive, which will prompt you to select it.

the asus website isn't functional for me, but you just need to locate the bios that matches your cpu and motherboard... it's unlikely it won't work just because it's the m model, but you'll definitely need the correct bios for your specific setup.

Refer to the manual, sections 1-6. The flashback button is on the BIOS. Use the USB port to connect a drive and follow the steps for flashing. Rename the BIOS file before using BIOS flashback. Ensure your USB drive is formatted as FAT32. For more details on flashback, visit the provided link.
