Hello, I just purchased a new pewbuilt PC but the processor isn't starting correctly. I've used PBO via BIOS, AMD Master, updated the BIOS, but when I run benchmark (like 3dmark - Fire Strike), the speed stays stuck at 3.6GHz. This number also appears in CPU-Z under load and in the BIOS settings. At startup it doesn't increase to 4.6GHz as expected. I've tried different BIOS versions, a factory reset, cleared CMOS, but the issue persists. The temperatures during stress tests stayed below 70°C. I've also used an older BIOS, reset the system, but the CPU remains at 3.6GHz whether idle or under load. P.S. I'm not very familiar with clock settings, so if I'm wrong, please help me and give advice. Thanks!
