Motherboard : Asus Prime B350 +
CPU : Ryzen 7 1700
Cooler : masterliquid ml240l rgb
RAM : 2666 Mhz 16.00 GB
Just started overclocking after doing a lot of research.
I adjusted the clock speed to 38.25 and used offset mode in ASUS BIOS to set the voltage at 0.20000 – not sure how that converts to volts.
Also turned fans to turbo mode.
During Cinebench tests, my CPU temperatures were around 74 degrees, with scores near 1630.
Is this acceptable? Am I doing the best I can with these components?
Any advice would be really appreciated.

I think it's getting quite warm. Cinebench doesn't stay running for a long time, and reaching those high temperatures quickly could become an issue later on.
I recommend setting it to 3.7 ghz and being satisfied with that. The additional 2.5% boost in frequency isn't worth the extra power usage and voltage consumption.

So will I keep the voltage unchanged?
I’d begin with a 0.05 offset and check for stability. If that doesn’t work, I’ll adjust it gradually.

uncertain about how offsets function, especially with mines set at 0.20000—what does 0.05 represent?

check CPUZ or Ryzen Master for voltage readings. I'm using 1.325 to hit 3.9ghz, which results in a R15 score of 1731 (2667mhz ram)
