It's sufficient. A $20 air cooler works well, usually enough to prevent the chip from throttling and maintaining performance. Liquid cooling isn't necessary for this component.

The stock heatsink works fine. Upgraded coolers tend to be better and quieter, though you can purchase them later if needed. The 5600G is a 65-watt chip, so liquid cooling isn't necessary. A solid air cooler will suffice.
