Hello everyone. I'm experiencing some overheating concerns and would appreciate any suggestions to reduce the temperatures. I've attached a screenshot. My CPU temps are around 81°C and the GPU is at 80°C. I'm using a Corsair H100x AIO cooler and have been running the folding app at home when these readings occurred.

Not recommended for folding. My R7 3700X with a 360mm air cooler exceeds 90°C at full power with 16 threads. Those temperatures are fine for folding.

Those temperatures don't seem too out of the ordinary. So there is no real need to worry. That's just what happens when you're running folding at home; it is one hungry boi.

I’m using a R9 3900X with 12 cores and 24 threads, paired with an H100i RGB Platinum 240mm AIO. The CPU temperatures are typically around 78–82°C. These high-end chips tend to generate more heat.

Use HWiNFO for monitoring. To reduce temperatures, consider a negative CPU core offset.
