Confirm that the Guru3D delidding revealed it was essentially a standard CPU die, identical to other monolithic chips without any remarkable features.

it didn't come to mind, but I quickly typed this out. Thanks for the info—guru3d is a well-known name I've seen somewhere. For the CPU, you could check Google or your website for suggestions.
