I checked every option, but it keeps crashing and stuttering across all games. SSD seems like a fix, or adding more RAM might help.

The SSD probably won’t fix the problem, it mainly speeds up game loading rather than overall performance. RAM is more likely to be the solution. I recommend installing HWMonitor and monitoring the system during a game to identify any hidden issues. Even though Ryzen benefits from dual-channel memory, this upgrade remains valuable.
