Check if Globla C should be turned on in BIOS for PBO/FMAX. Who can confirm this? For the PBO enhancer, level 3 OC is recommended, not Level 2. Disable if you're unsure. Thanks!

C state is enabled for desktop mode. This means Windows keeps CPU cores active even when they're not needed, which increases power use slightly but improves responsiveness. The system will feel snappier, though we're measuring in milliseconds. Modern CPUs adjust clocks rapidly. For the PBO, set it to level 2 and check voltages in programs like HWinfo64. If voltages stay within normal ranges during stress tests (e.g., Cinebench R23 30-minute test), maintain level 2. Some motherboards apply excessive voltage, so avoid that. Otherwise, no major concerns.

Hello, your questions are clear. 1. A voltage rise from 0.x to 1.4x is typical. During 3dmark firestrike CPU reaching 78°C is normal. 2. Should FMAX be activated alongside PBO? Yes, that would help.
