I updated the PSU but that didn’t resolve the issue. I switched the GPU, and the new one functions properly. I plan to retain the PSU because it provides a reliable backup. It’s curious that the previous GPU operates in other systems but not in mine. Overall, the problem seems to be resolved.

Did you verify that all power connections are properly secured on your GPU? It seems the 6x8 connector could be loose somewhere, leading to insufficient power and the problems you're experiencing. You might want to trace it back and confirm it's firmly attached to your PSU as well.

Thanks for your advice. I have two 8 pin connectors on my GPU, using two cables with each connector on a separate cable. I checked the PSU and everything seems to be connected properly, tried various combinations just in case a connection was faulty, but nothing worked. I ordered a new PSU to try again, and if that doesn't help, I'll return it.
