Consider checking the graphics driver logs in Windows EventViewer for any issues. Ensure you're using the most recent GPU driver; if not, update it. For the latest version, revert to an older one if needed.
I'm checking if rolling back to version 2025.05.01 helps, but it's not working. Is your GPU malfunctioning?
Everyone, the issue was the PCIE connector. The real problem was I didn’t apply enough force. But I already tried pushing it.
Yes and I'm not sure how to display the eventviewer details. When I look at the report, it shows the program name, version, timestamp, fault code, and other technical info. The faulting module and application path are also listed. The report ID is f04dcd30-264c-4cfb-a455-1c5b0b609441.
A screenshot of EventViewer often assists when searching for a suitable entry. It appears you've already checked. The faulting module (atio6axx.dll) belongs to AMD's driver and dates back to the ATi era. It supports OpenGL. Are you operating in a virtual environment? It looks like Ld9BoxHeadless.exe is included with VirtualBox, likely for headless use—meaning a machine without a display attached.
I rely on virtual machines or emulators since they offer the quickest way to diagnose GPU-related issues with GPU.so. Based on my understanding, the issue might stem from a software problem rather than a dead GPU. I’ve noticed that AMD drivers often cause problems previously, but performance improves once the driver is updated.
