I'm facing an issue with my configuration. I'm having trouble installing the AMD PSP 11.0 Device. I've tried fresh installations of both Windows 10 and 11, updated the BIOS for my Asrock PG Lightening B650 MB to version 1.24, but I'm still stuck on installing the latest chipset drivers. If this doesn't work, should I consider disabling this?

You're choosing between the latest AMD chipset drivers or the older ones from Asrock.

Find AMD's chipset drivers on their official page. Updated: Installed Asrock-provided drivers; issue remains unchanged.
