Hey everyone. I've seen discussions about manually overclocking Ryzen and most advice suggests sticking with PBO. My worry is the voltage might be too high, as many people mention 1.25V as a safe range. My CPU consistently runs between 1.313-1.337V across all cores. Since Ryzen's own software handles it, is that really safe? Edit: I didn't include the CPU specs. 3600x on an X570 board with stock BIOS only.
1.4 represents the safe long-term threshold. 1.25 aligns with typical trading activities, which means it's acceptable to aim for 1.33.
I am not to share about that. There has been a huge discussion about that. PBO is not running 1.44 24/7 only for single core turbo. Allcore is lower! Are we talking Zen, Zen+ or Zen2?
It's safe. No need to worry. This is AMD's AGESA code running after all. I doubt you'll have it purposefully destroy their own product. They'd get sued into oblivion for sth like that
