Hello. I'm here to assist you. After years with Intel, you're considering an AMD PC 5600x with Crosshair VIII Impact (Bios 3302). You have some questions about the voltage settings. From Intel's side, they usually let you adjust VCCio and Vcore manually, using negative offsets, and typically set them between 90°C and 60°C for better performance. On the AMD platform, the situation is a bit different. The motherboard offers Core Performance Boost, which automatically manages OC settings if enabled. For core voltage, VID is just informational; the actual value is Vcore. However, HWinfo sometimes displays CPU core voltage even though it's not listed in the BIOS. This can be confusing. You might want to set these values manually for optimal performance. Let me know if you need more clarification!

Opt for manual settings unless you need precise control. Most adjustments will either hurt or slightly improve your speed. For optimal results, use a higher frequency memory and Infinity Fabric clock—around 1800-1900 MHz is effective. What are you aiming for? More speed? Enable Performance Enhancer from the auto list, but cap it at level 3.
