I'm using an MSI 970 gaming board to overclock an FX 8300. When I open the board status in OD, it claims a 78-degree thermal margin on the VRM reading. HWMonitor says the temperature is 62 degrees. OD seems incorrect, can you believe it?

AOD becomes inconsistent during overclocking. I don't even see those readings when my FX 6350 is running at 4.82GHz. Try Argus Monitor.

Yes, I consistently use OC through BIOS only, the SW isn't dependable for that.
