I assembled a PC the previous day using a 3700X processor with a stock cooler. As someone not familiar with deep settings, I didn’t know much. While playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey in ultra mode for over an hour, my CPU temperature reached 89-92°C (auto voltage above ~1.45V). After switching to override mode and adjusting the core voltage, the temperature dropped to around 81°C and continued to rise. I’m wondering what I should do to manage it better. I have an MSI X570.

I'm working with... MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge WiFi G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200MHz 8x2 Ryzen 7 3700X STOCK COOLER (AMD WRAITH PRISM) Coolermaster MWE 750w Gold Coolermaster MB530P Samsung 970 EVO Plus 250GB Seagate Barracuda 1TB. I'm using the pre-installed fans with just the case. After fixing the BIOS, the issue persists. I'm certain the cooler is installed correctly; I tried shaking it after unlocking the handle, but it was difficult, indicating it's firmly attached to the CPU. My CPU reaches 1.45V (hwmonitor) during AC Odyssey. I checked my voltage on HWmonitor while running AIDA64 Extreme, and all cores were at 1.3V. The temperature climbed to 90°C after five minutes.
