There are other motherboards available. I’m looking for one that fits the CPU well, and I’m planning to get a GTX 960 ASUS Strix with 4GB RAM soon. I need something that allows me to overclock the CPU. I bought all the specs about three months ago, changed the cooling, GPU card, and case, but still have questions about running this CPU smoothly. Haha!

Sorry, I didn't notice that cooker; it works fine.
For overclocking, avoid the 970 chipset—opt for something like an Asus Sabertooth 990FX.

gigabyte 970a-ud3p achieved up to 4.8ghz on that board with 1.4v, providing excellent voltage stability.

Huh guys, you're right about that 1 you mentioned is 155e and 1 madmatt30 is 75e—really a big price gap. Check those links for more info:
http://www.kupujemprodajem.com/Asus-SABE...d=69856502
http://www.kupujemprodajem.com/Gigabyte-...d=69856392
And I don't want to waste a lot of money, maybe around 100e plus or minus 15.

For those mindful of their budget, the ud3p stands out as the ideal overclocking board for the 8320/8350 CPUs. After confirming its performance on a solid platform, you'll need to invest double for a 990 series model. The 990 chipset includes some features that most users don’t notice, but they still add value. I’ve tested the ud3p in more than a dozen projects with 8320s, achieving a minimum of 4.3GHz and a maximum of 4.8GHz. These numbers are based on CPU performance, not board-specific results—your 8320 can reach up to 4.4GHz only if the board’s voltage regulation is top-notch. My 8320 consistently runs at 4.3GHz even at less than stock 3.5V. At just €75, it offers an outstanding value.
