And you can really go all out with the Evga, I know it can really shake things up and keep going smoothly.

From my experience, you're roughly around.
+1 cpu (130w)
+6 120mm fans
+2 2tb hit. 7k4000's
+2 Samsung evo ssd's
+1 Visiontek 240gb pci-e SSD
+10 4gb ddr3 chips
This setup should keep you from hitting the wall with this PSU.

This has nothing to do with anything we're discussing.

Well, now what does this have to do with anything we're discussing?
It's the same thing he has, and the view seems to think it's not good enough for the purpose, but I disagree.
It was working with his exact configuration, and it's doing that same setup now as I'm typing.

If you're willing to take a risk and push the CPU beyond its limits, go ahead. I put my confidence in it, and the original poster has noticed that. Feel free to have your say.

I’m definitely considering your warnings and the other replies, but I’m still left with the choice not to overclock because I’m unsure what changes to make in the Gigabyte Bios. I’ve looked around and it usually comes up as an ASUS, which doesn’t help.
I remain cautious with this, but I’d like to explore what performance it might achieve if I choose to proceed with the potential risks.
