Can you increase your FX 6300's clock speed to 4.4-4.5 GHz using the ASRock 970 Pro 2.0 R2.0 and Deepcool Maelstrom 240 T?

He initially had a rating of 4.5 but later dropped it to 4.2 due to frequent crashes.

It's a 4+1 phase board where the VRMs aren't heatsinked, and I'm using one with a 965. A slight overclock might be possible, but I'm cautious about going too far.
