Hello, I rarely comment on companies or their products, but honestly I can't get my AMD machine working. The startup problems are really bothersome. When I try to turn on the PC 9 to 10 times, my main monitor goes black and my second one turns green. I suspect it's related to AMD drivers—I can uninstall them and everything works fine. But now, during coding or programming sessions, the PC just shuts down and I see a small black screen. I've tried resetting the drivers via the Windows shortcut, but it doesn't help. The audio isn't looping properly, and I can still use the PC normally. I'm not allowed to use my monitor at all. I posted a thread about this before [HERE], but despite everyone's help, I haven't found a solution. It's been this way since the beginning. Should I reset the BIOS? I thought maybe the RAM was filling up from a background process, but it happened during a coding session instead of at startup. I'm really confused.
I’m unsure if you should try again since you didn’t clear the CMOS or perform a DDU.
Did you refresh the drivers? I replaced my AMD GPU with a NVIDIA one due to those problems, even though it was three years ago and conditions might have changed.
