Threadripper isn’t a regular CPU; it’s a specialized server component not designed for gaming. It can handle some games but is built for heavy tasks like CAD, Photoshop, and other demanding applications. These models usually have more cores that run slower, making them less ideal for overclocking—though they can be adjusted in limited ways. Xeon chips vary, but smaller ones can perform well under load while maintaining speed similar to standard chips, whereas larger Xeons with many cores tend to run at lower speeds and are optimized for specific workloads.

Thank you, yes I understand that focus is mainly on their lineup and generations. I’m familiar with their features and capabilities, but I’m not sure about their overall setup or each generation’s position. Whenever I see a model, I look for benchmarks and compare it with the nearest Intel core series CPUs to gauge its performance.
