I assembled my latest system running Windows 10 but can't access the internet. The issue appears to be with Intel Ethernet while using an AMD chip.

Intel also produces Ethernet controllers. Pair an Intel NIC with an AMD processor and ensure the newest drivers are installed. You can download them from your motherboard supplier's site or directly from Intel: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...loads.html

I can’t access the internet. I’m still learning how to use computers, so I’m unsure about the steps involved.

Download the driver file from the source, save it to a USB stick, and insert the stick into your computer. Then execute the installer.

This problem occurred. For clarity, I'm not relying on an Ethernet cable.

Similar to a home internet connection, but it isn’t appearing in the network configuration.

Is your latest laptop equipped with Wi-Fi? Unlike smartphones, this isn't always standard. It seems the device lacks built-in connectivity. You'll have to link it to your router via Ethernet cable or purchase a wireless adapter.

I managed to get it working. I added the Wi-Fi drivers on my laptop and then connected it using a USB to install them on the new PC. Apologies for any confusion—I'm just doing this for the first time.
